HelpDesk After Hours

HelpDesk After Hours is a support program designed to provide telephone assistance to our customers after the end of the normal business day. The HelpDesk Package plan covers application software support during normal business hours.

The After Hours plan continues application and operating system support during the following periods:

  • Monday to Friday 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm (Eastern time)
  • Weekends 9.00 am to 3.00 pm, except statutory holidays

During these periods, one of our employees is equipped with a cellular telephone for receiving support calls, and a laptop PC capable of signing-on to a customer's system.
