Sales Analysis

Matrix Sales Analysis is a Modular designed, high performance software product and member of the Data Access suite. The Sales Analysis system draws upon the sales and profitability figures for customers, inventory items and sales people, generated by the Invoicing system.

This wealth of data is stored and presented to give a two year detailed cross reference picture of product, customer, and salesperson performance. The screen based sales inquiries may also be presented immediately as bar graphs, allowing trends to be easily identified.

Matrix Sales Analysis is an integrated, graphical performance inquiry and reporting solution that will give you the necessary tools to:

  • Set proper inventory levels.
  • Set the proper product mix.
  • Determine products and product lines that are most or least profitable.
  • Identify products whose sales have risen or fallen.
  • Identify the customers that are most or least profitable.
  • Identify customers who purchase a particular product so that you can target special promotions, (e.g. clearance of old stock.)
  • Identify customer sales by product category or class.
  • Identify customers whose purchases have risen or fallen.
  • Identify customer product mixes, and their profitability.
  • Review Salespeople's performance.
