Standard support offering for the industry-leading WebSeries Suite of application software products. Telephone advice from our Support Representatives, on-line support to your system to correct software issues, and standard software package enhancements.

As a Modular partner, customers receive the latest upgrades to the WebSeries software via annual enhancements - as part of their annual software support.

HelpDesk After Hours is a support program designed to provide telephone assistance to our customers after the end of the normal business day. 

  • Monday to Friday 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm (Eastern time)

  • Weekends 9.00 am to 3.00 pm, except statutory holidays
